Beim Registrieren einer neu installierten App kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass die Intialisierung fehlgeschlagen ist.
App Version 4.3.7 Android Version ist 14. Pixel 6.
Einladungsemail mehrfach versendet - gleiches Ergebnis.
Das Mobile Device ist "Undefined".
Irgendeine Idee woran das liegen kann?

Could you please uninstall the existing app and install it once again and then initialize it through email? If this error happens again please share the user name that is being used to generate email and record the screen and share it with us so we can see and properly guide you. Thanks

did un- and reinstall the app on the pixel phone and have tried a new installation on a Samsung S24 with the same behaviour.
Error Message is: Initialisierung fehlgeschlagen. Bitte überprüfen sie den Invitationlink. Tenant is wdd.

The error message says the invitation is not working so there are two possible reasons, First the invitation gets older than 24 hours or second if you copied and pasted then it didn't completely copy. So could you please try again with a fresh invitation link otherwise please share the screen recording video so I can better guide you.
